Processing Times
All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to source fresh ingredients, bake to order, and ensure every detail is perfect.
• Standard Orders (from the menu): 24–48 hours
• Specialty Items (e.g., custom chocolate-covered Oreos): Minimum 7 days
• Catering & Large Orders: 7 days’ notice minimum — we recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your date
Please note: Each order is processed individually and on a first-come, first-served basis. During holidays and busy seasons, order windows may fill quickly.​​
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer local delivery for all orders over $50• Delivery options and fees are calculated at checkout based on location• At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping — local onlyNeed your order by a specific date? You'll be prompted to answer “When do you need them for?” during checkout. This helps us coordinate preparation and ensure on-time delivery or pickup.All orders are automatically synced to our kitchen calendar so we never miss a beat — or a bake.
